Results

• Increased the number of page visits, application submission rate, and average page depth. Reduced bounce rate, support requests, and time spent searching for necessary information.
• Redesigned 6 external VTB Bank websites, including both single-page and multi-page sites with up to 36 pages. Conducted competitor analysis, studied Yandex.Metrica, designed a new website structure, and created 3D illustrations.
• After the redesign, maintained 5 sections of the main website, creating new pages, 3D illustrations, and working with text content.
• Over the course of a year, a designer on my team progressed from Junior to Middle and later took over team management after my departure. Additionally, I conducted around 15 interviews and hired 2 designers for the team.
• Key website metrics improved: increased number of applications, page view duration, page depth, and traffic. Also reduced the number of page exits in the first minute of a visit and support requests.
• Created approximately 50 illustrations, ranging from large ones used on the bank's homepage to hero illustrations on product pages and small icons in cards.
• Redesigned two main website sections: mortgages and auto loans, covering around 26 pages.
