Bioniq is an international healthcare product that helps users improve their blood test indicators through Bioniq nutrient intake and track their results via a mobile application. I worked on the project at Pinkman Studio
Results
- Improved product metrics: developed a new subscription management feature, reducing the cancellation rate.
- Optimized design metrics: reduced time to market in design and development stages, decreased the time needed to create new components, increased the number of implemented components, reduced visual inconsistencies in the interface, and accelerated mockup search and navigation.
- Redesigned the design system for more efficient component creation and usage, and conducted a workshop on component development.
